Located in Omihachiman City, Shiga Prefecture, this 7SLDK wooden-frame house was constructed in 1975. The property stands on a substantial land area of 930.83 square meters, with the main building covering 230.33 square meters. A comprehensive renovation was carried out approximately in May 2007, which included notable upgrades such as the replacement of both the bathroom and toilet fixtures.
